Triq Sant'Elija was resurfaced by the Xewkija Local Council.  The project consisted of resurfacing of the street and also new water services.  This road was in a very bad state and needed to be resurfaced.  Triq Sant'Elija is one of the streets which lead to the Waste Transplant at Tal-Kus.
